Update - September 16
As we come to another weekend, I wanted to do our weekly update, and talk a little more the NYT article. I have a writeup on my theory of Russiagate in progress and coming soon.
Today I started getting acknowledgement letters for our CIA FOIA’s which have largely focused on Rodney Joffe and his companies so far. I suspect the CIA may have some interesting information and they may actually release it.
When contacts are operational, the CIA isn’t going to release anything. But if there was a connection between the CIA and Joffe, it’s likely that the relationship has been terminated and given public interest, I feel like we should be able to pull something out of the CIA. We recently got confirmation that Joffe has ties to the NSA. We had assumed this, as Neustar and Packet Forensics both have a number of large contracts with the government. That also seems to indicate they are loosening their grip on Joffe related information.
The files we received fulfilled the FOIA request that was the subject of our first lawsuit against DARPA and subsequently, the case has been dismissed for the those who were asking.
However, DARPA has stopped responding to any emails I send them, so I’ll be prepping another lawsuit this weekend for a few other FOIA’s that I feel are important.
Speaking of FOIA’s, I sent a check today for the most expensive Open Records request that we’ve had so far.
