Happy Saturday Morning to you all.
It’s been a few weeks since our last update. On Monday I filed another FOIA lawsuit against the DOD, ODNI, CIA, and FBI.
I’m most interested in a FOIA to the FBI requesting anything produced on the DNC hack that came from David Dagon or Manos Antonakakis, and another FOIA for any records supporting the October 7, 2016 ODNI/DHS joint statement on hack attribution to the Russians. I’m also somewhat curious if emails will show up at the CIA relating to Joffe, Dagon, Antonakakis, Patel or Keromytis.
We should start finding out in a few months.
From our previous FOIA lawsuit, records from DARPA are set to be produced by February 1st which is coming up soon. Records from the FBI are set to start being produced by March 1st. Some of the contracts with the various entities will interesting to read, but I am mostly looking forward to seeing production on these:
In the next two weeks, DISA is set to produce 3 contracts with Neustar which might be interesting given what we learned about DISA’s role in the “Big Data Platform.”
There are a number of additional FOIA’s I will be putting in this weekend and I’m working on a few other things - it was a good time for a Twitter break!
I’ve begun preparing for a big push.
As I mentioned in a post a few weeks ago, I feel like I’ve picked up a solid skillset. While we contributed to some good stories in 2022, that has become a floor for our future expectations. We’re going to go hard in 2023.
I’ve been encouraged so far by the new Republican Congress. I shared some concerns in December, and so far at least, they are saying the right things. If they do it right, this can be one of the most important Congressional investigations in history.
I saw some tweets today from Democrat members of Congress holding up the Mueller investigation and indictment of the 12 GRU agents. Maybe that indictment holds up, but everyone should have some doubts and questions based on what we know. Finding out how the attribution was made for the hack is something that should be asked at the White House press conference every day.
It’s your support that has allowed us to get this far.
I made a commitment when setting up the GiveSendGo to provide updates and statements. In our last update, it looks like we only went through October.
We have not taken any payout requests since then:
But we have raised $5,353 - which is a HUGE help.
And after we made payments in October, we haven’t done any transfers so we have no transactions in the bank account:
And since the December statement hasn’t been released yet [I’ll add it to the next update] and there were no transactions:
I’ll get back into some of our doc review and some of the other promised posts are still in process.
I hope everyone has a great weekend.
P.S. - Judicial Watch was supposed to get much of the “binder” of Russiagate documents on January 10th (based on a status update from just last week). They usually take some time to process documents they receive, but those could be interesting so be on the lookout for those.
If you need any information on what took place in Monroe I could possibly find out from their X ceo who was over the company at that time.
My hope is that the DNC hack will finally be exposed as the inside job many of us have believed since the beginning of this saga. Good luck and thanks for the hard work.
