Update 5/13/23

It’s been awhile! I’m sorry for that.

The frequency of my posts has dropped off largely due to how busy I have gotten. Everything has been full speed ahead, doing research, preparing strategies, and preparing to make the most of this.

We are finally getting some movement in our pursuit of documents, and over the next 3-4 months there will be many developments worth sharing.

I don’t know what John Durham is doing. Based on what we have learned, I would be extremely uncomfortable with him just issuing a report and walking away. For all the whining on Twitter, the issues around the DNC hack necessitate a full and proper investigation. If AG Garland has restricted Durham in any way, he has a duty to say so. He will also have to defend questions on why it took so long to attack Fusion GPS’s frivolous privilege claims and what efforts he made on several questions that we have raised here and that will come in to focus as he finishes.

For our end, I have high expectations for the cases we have brought, and I am on the cusp of bringing a few more. The answers are either going to come from John Durham, or they are going to come from us - but we will have them soon.

As I think I predicted last December, the Republicans are doing nothing substantive on Russiagate or intelligence abuses and are instead playing politics with Biden stuff. As I’ve said before, there may be legitimate wrongdoing there but nobody in this country is going to care. This week’s press conference was predictably overhyped, and didn’t offer much of anything new.

It’s impossible to operate at this level and endure the threats and intimidation tactics that I have offline and not feel the most enormous sense of betrayal and loathing for the GOP.

Jim Jordan knows what I know, because I told his top staffers exactly what happened.

Can I tell all of you? No. I can’t. Not really.

I’ll explain when I can.

There may be a fundraising push in the future, I’m unsure of what it’s going to look like. I have been in contact with a few organizations in regards to funding and we have had some positive conversations. Plenty of people want to be bandwagoners and jump in if we are going to win.

Thanks to buying a ton of puts on the market at the most optimal times by sheer luck, I netted a healthy profit in the last couple weeks which could make self-funding everything potentially in front of us a possibility. Do I want to let an outside organization pay for high profile discovery efforts and share credit? I’m not sure yet.

We’ve done something great, and I continue to be proud of being one of extremely few people (TechnoFog, Walkafyre, and FOIAFan) who are actively in the fight. You have been a huge part of that.

This shows the last payout request of $502.44 hitting the account, and shows us cutting a $6,500 check to my attorneys. I searched for a copy of the check image in the transaction history, but it didn’t have one. I will track down a statement/invoice from my attorney showing the receipt of our check for verification purposes and I’ll make sure to provide that in our next update.

There was a Russiagate documentary in the works again as of a couple months ago. Not sure if that is still in motion, but I helped a little on some initial questions and hopefully they have given that a green light.

There is a lot left to Russiagate. Things we have talked about here will be part of a national conversation as we are proven right.

It’s a damn shame that it’s 2023, and nobody aside from us knows the truth.

It still matters.
