Just got home from East Palestine a couple hours ago. It’s a long drive and I had a lot of time to think.
It’s been a relatively quiet few weeks, and I usually follow that up by saying I’ve been staying busy offline - but the truth is I’ve had a couple weeks of being lazy other than a few FOIA’s to the NSA.
I am expecting some interesting documents back this week (multiple sets actually), and I’m also dropping off some water samples to the lab in the morning for testing of the water in East Palestine - which means I might be flooding your email boxes a bit later this week.
We got a ton of new subscribers in the last week thanks to Matt Taibbi blasting out our thoughts on one of his recent finds. (Thanks Matt!)
For the new subscribers, be sure to check out some of our FOIA documents.
Russiagate is not that hard anymore. Maybe that’s a degree of narcissism on my part, but we are truly on the 20 yard line going in.
All we need is one fight. One year, one fight, let’s put everything out there and we can put this all to bed. The constant fighting over narratives is ripping this country apart. Nobody knows the truth, they can’t even recognize the truth when they hear it.
You could say that nobody cares anymore, but nobody knows what we know. This is the rubber band that has been stretched to its limit, tell people what has been going on and that rubber band is going to snap and all of this is going to change. People are going to care and they are going to be furious.
I’ve worked with an extraordinary group of guys for the past few years, and we all agree - this can be solved. A Congressional investigation is warranted, it is needed, and frankly it should be well underway already. The Church Committee was at full steam by this point, fully staffed and fighting for documents.
We remain hopeful and we would love to see documents start getting pushed out.
For fundraising, I promised a December bank statement in our last update.
Apparently, a new statement is only generated when you have a transaction so we have a February statement covering the December to early February period:
So you see we had a large transfer from our GiveSendGo. In our last update, in total we had raised $5353 and as of today, we have raised $10,870. This increase was thanks to the extraordinary generosity by 2 individuals and it is a huge help - I can’t say thank you enough!
I took a payout request in January, and you see the $6,197.74 hit our bank account in the statement above.
And those funds remain in our account as of February 27th:
I will provide a bank statement covering the period of February 7th through the date of the next update, in our next update.
Our work continues.
Keep on Truckin’! It’s good to back away from such long detailed projects: for perspective & sanity. Also amazing that you chose direct action to help those affected by the train wreck. Hopefully this emboldens your spirit when you get the data to share to either let them know there’s danger, or things are ok. Either way you should feel a sense of accomplishment which has been hard to come by w/Russia gate.
Thank you.
