Update 10-23

Letting the dust settle from the Danchenko trial for another day or two before writing up some thoughts. I am hoping to see the exhibits released, there were a few other document descriptions that caught my attention, including one document that purportedly deals with physical surveillance of Sergei Millian in August 2016. That doesn’t jive with the timeline and the facts that we know. I’m a little surprised the exhibits haven’t been published yet.

I suspect we’ll learn more about Durham’s work within a couple weeks after the election.

For my part, there is a ton going on behind the scenes. Most of it I can’t talk about.

The Open Records case against Antonakakis is proceeding and the timeline has accelerated. I will have an important update for you guys in a few weeks.

The government needs to respond by November 7th in my FOIA lawsuit against the FBI and DARPA.

Beyond that, there’s more. Much more going on. I am actively seeking funding to expand our litigation efforts and I hope to make that happen.

At some point, I anticipate filing a lawsuit against President Obama to wrestle away documents he will try to hide from us. We should start seeing his phony executive privilege claims shortly after the election for our spring FOIA’s. If there is any silver lining to what they’ve done to Trump, executive privilege has been destroyed.

Documents from a second request to the Georgia AG were expected last week. Apparently in the wake of me dumping a bunch of files they were inundated with requests. That’s good in the broader sense but it slowed them down. The files are expected back over the next day or two.

I also have requests coming back from Georgia’s DOAS, which were involved in some of the discussions around paying these legal bills.

I’m also waiting to see the charges against the 12 GRU agents get dropped. They didn’t hack the DNC; I’m about 95% sure it was spoofed by Clinton operatives. Not Seth Rich. Clinton operatives.

We’ll have to wait and see what the GOP House [and Senate?] do. It looks like a lot of bad stuff was happening in DARPA and this is just a wild hunch: I suspect in the wake of the Snowden revelations that our government didn’t actually stop doing much.

Instead, they formed public-private partnerships to outsource their spying and when that wasn’t possible, they moved programs to agencies like DARPA which doesn’t get much scrutiny. Things might be just as bad as they’ve ever been.
