A little bit of advocacy is good for the soul. Yesterday I began blasting the following letter to Georgia State Legislators (about 40+ so far) and the Governors office. As was the case previously, links and footnotes have been omitted. There are basic questions going unasked, and with DARPA denying approving any of this work, I sincerely don’t understand the justification behind paying legal fees on the researchers’ behalf.
Alot more in motion, I have 3-4 more updates to provide and then I have alot more work to do, I have been planning this out for a long time (but hoping Durham would give us the answers). Before we get there…
RE: Request For Investigation Into Georgia Tech And Payment Of Legal Fees, Amid Conflicting Statements And Need For Transparency
Ladies and Gentlemen:
For the past several years I have collaborated with a team of people researching certain events relating to the 2016 election and subsequent investigations, which led me to submit numerous requests under Open Records laws to Georgia Tech, the Attorney General’s office, and the Department of Administrative Services.
The inconsistencies I have identified concern me greatly, and unfortunately, Attorney General Carr is unwilling or unable to get to the bottom of it.
I ask that you exercise your authorities, granted to the Governor under § 45-15-18 to appoint a Special Attorney General; or to the Governor and General Assembly pursuant to § 45-15-19 which grants the authority to make investigations with the equal authority and rights afforded to the Attorney General; in order to investigate the items detailed herein.
At issue is over $600,000 in legal expenses that have been paid for by taxpayers in Georgia and the use and potential misuse of government resources.
During the 2016 election there was an allegation of a secret communications channel between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin, using Alfa Bank as an intermediary. These allegations mirrored a claim made by Cody Shearer, a longtime operative for Hillary Clinton, that “the Russians had established an encrypted communication system with a cut out between the Trump Campaign and Putin.”
