Set to file lawsuit
On Monday, I will file our fourth FOIA lawsuit to compel the production of records relating to the following FOIA’s:
Based on what sources have told me, I expect President Obama to attempt to exert executive privilege over some of the requests above. Some of the same sources that clued me in to the fact that the Alfa Bank cyber researchers were involved in the DNC hack attribution have suggested that Obama knowingly and willfully participated in Clinton’s plans after the summer briefing.
Working on a couple substantive stories, not sure when I will be able to get those out. I still have a ton of work to do on an upcoming motion.
