Newest Durham Financials

New financial statements from John Durham for the period of April 1, 2022 through September 30, 2022 show an increase of 35% in salaries expense.

This period coincided with the Sussmann trial in May, and led up to the start of the Danchenko trial.

I want to be careful because the statements only go through September, but, there may be some reason for optimism.

The increase in Salaries expense annualized would be $544,000. Rough estimate would suggest an increase of approximately 7-8 full time employees. That’s fairly significant and even considering that Durham retained additional support for the trials, there may still be enough in additional expense to support a contention that Durham’s investigation is growing.
