Great work!! You deserve to get back every penny of cost and expense. And as for the broader picture it appears there’s a LOT of dirty and unlawful FOIA circumvention going around (no pun intended) and this raises awareness.

What's your best estimate as to when your get your money returned or was that stayed pending appeal?
I never had to put up the money for their expenses, though they did push for a bond.
The question now is how much of my legal expenses THEY have to pay.
