July 31 - Fundraising Update

Part of my pledge in setting up a designated account and accepting donations is to provide complete transparency over the funds.

I opened the bank account on July 28th, there have been no payout requests from the GiveSendGo yet.

As eStatements and other reports become more available, I will provide additional detail on a monthly basis showing both the contributions to the fund (redacting donor info), payout requests from the fund, and I’ll link to the eStatements in their entirety.

I appreciate the generous contributions. I believe pursuing litigation for documents is an important step in getting accountability. This isn’t for me, this is for us.

I have spoken to my lawyer, the plan is to file the lawsuit tomorrow afternoon, and I will make an announcement then.
