Today, the court set a hearing for August 21st in response to our motion for in camera review or discovery. The government has stated they will make their third attempt at producing the attribution analysis by mid-August, and by inference we assume our motions will be addressed at that hearing pending the government’s final attempt.
The odds are somewhat good that we get a releasable form of the analysis within 6 weeks.
In other good news, the Georgia Supreme Court issued an opinion on a case that was granted cert and argued just three weeks prior to ours.
We’d previously estimated August as the most likely period to see our case return to the trial court, but it’s now possible we are back before the end of July.
In other news, it’s been nearly 4 months since summary judgment motions were filed in regards to the FBI’s invocation of GLOMAR on attribution materials from Dagon/Antonakakis - I would expect a ruling any day now. I’ll be appealing any adverse ruling.
We’ve also begun submitting open records requests again to get some answers we’ve been seeking.
Our strategy appears to be working, and we have an enormous volume of materials to work with, having developed an extensive repository of documents.
I’ll be working on my arguments for the court with the assumption that the government will strike themselves out. At some point, we expect them to throw in the towel and run to left wing journalists to run what is a bombshell story - although it will come with lots of spin.
Erin Brockovich has nothing on us.
Thank you for what you are doing, but it is not the left wing that goes running to state media. It is the Democrats. I am the left wing, and I am a paying subscriber.
Thank you. Keep on keepin' on.
