Just over two years ago, we launched a fight against Manos Antonakakis for public records we believed were wrongly withheld from productions, suing him in his individual capacity.
A bizarre trial court ruling dismissed the case and awarded a sanctions award against us for $54,000. A misread of the case by the Appeals Court reaffirmed that ruling, and there was a possibility of that fee award increasing.
Today, the Georgia Supreme Court ruled for us, agreeing with us on every substantive point. It was unanimous.
We are remanded back to the trial court.
