The first day of the Danchenko trial kicked off today, and notable testimony centered around the disgraced Brian Auten. He testified he offered $1 million to Steele if he could prove his dossier claims. Steele couldn’t.
It was also noted that Auten sent a memo to top FBI officials in February 2017 discussing Danchenko that failed to mention that Danchenko had blown up the entire narrative during the January 2017 meeting.
I am waiting to see the full transcript before I’ll have more. @Techno_Fog will of course have it first, and everyone should watch for that.
We are also waiting for the witness list to be released, and it seems a bit unusual that it hasn’t been already.
Even more exciting, I got back the documents I mentioned last week.
I am working on writing up findings from them, they’re even better than I had hoped. They again confirm what I have been reporting since the spring (along with the great Margot Cleveland) - these guys did work for Special Counsel Mueller. They did work on the DNC hack.
It’s fair speculation that their work product is sequestered as grand jury material for the Mueller-indicted GRU operatives. A ton of questions there.
There is much more and for the first time in my sleuthing career, I am worried about the impact of these documents. It’s not a situation where I feel fine about just dumping them out there, and I will explain why that is when I can. For now, I am obtaining some professional assistance in determining what to do.
I am also working to find some funding, because there was a stark realization today that there is much more I can do here. We have the ability to go after documents in a way that nobody else in the country seems to understand. 330 million Americans, and I seem to be the guy.
I have no idea what Durham will do, but the documents I have will draw some blood, metaphorically speaking.
That’s a lot of hype. It might take some time to get this figured out, but as I mentioned, I am getting some help and I am going to follow whatever advice is given. If they tell me tomorrow there’s nothing else we can do, I get the files out ASAP.
Looking forward to hearing more for sure. Especially since, if you received info via a foia yet feel it’s necessary to get legal advice. 😃
I appreciate your time and effort in seeking the truth. Best wishes.
