Starting a process of analyzing the DOJ lawsuit. First, with a search of our files for records including the Complainants, Kyle Koza and Christopher Craig.
First, what appears to be the most relevant email chain:
We also saw Christopher Craig involved in Georgia Tech’s search for missing records relating to a subpoena from John Durham:
Here is a copy of the DOJ’s complaint.
Kudos to Mr. Craig and Mr. Koza for standing up.
Manos is in trouble because he just simply blew off the contract certifications and made false representations to the government. And he’s taking a lot of good people with him because they couldn’t argue with “God”. It was arrogance. If he was concerned about virus protections competing for resources or quarantining virus signatures that were in his database, or some other issues that I can’t know then he needed to air those out with the federal contact officer and negotiate exceptions.
~ What's the significance of Manos not wanting to have "endpoint protection" software in the lab?
If THEY were running malware internally would that show up? Is there a separate record of lab communications that could reveal hijinks? Would it make it harder for them to build spoof records? ~
