Closing in on a CHS

Thanks to Byron Tau, we likely got an important clue to the identity of a confidential human source behind this 1023:

In his recently released book, Tau notes:

The project Tau is referencing is the Rhamnousia program.

That narrows the list considerably if we assume the CHS Tau references is the same behind the 1023 interview above. In context, Tau is transitioning from the Alfa Bank claims to data collection more generally used/provided by Antonakakis and Joffe. His sentence is a bit out of place and doesn’t appear to support anything other than calling back to the Alfa Bank allegations.

Gathering the thoughts of some other sleuths, but I would expect us to be able to identify the CHS within days. Thanks to some Open Records work we did a few years ago, we have a short list of names to cross reference against cities fitting the redaction above.
