Clarifying Last Week

Wanted to give a little more context on last week. I flew to DC and filed the following:

The filing itself is sealed, so I don’t think I can share it with you all or even tell you what I am arguing. If you read my posts from a couple months ago, nothing should be a surprise.

It’s a rare type of filing, with only a few examples from members of the media to cite. I think I made the strongest case possible to force certain disclosures to be made. I can’t predict the final outcome.

I have been flat on my back since the trip after getting sick, but I have a couple interesting things in the pipeline that are more narrative in nature once I am back on my feet. I also received a batch of documents I need to go through.
