Another Saulino Entity Emerges
Short shoutout - Great article in the Washington Post this morning highlighting another Saulino/Joffe company called TrustCor, again registered to a UPS office which is a signature of many of their companies.
It also has a Panamanian registration, just like Measurement Systems LLC. Panama is a country well known as a money laundering hub, something I was speculating about around a year ago. But since then we’ve also shown that these guys have extensive ties to the CIA and NSA [and DOD/FBI/DHS].
Are they just trying to obfuscate ownership of their operations? Would the CIA get involved with common criminals? I doubt it. Their vetting process would uncover malfeasance.
But the sophistication of the layering of business entities and structuring of these companies is something to keep in mind. This is no accident. What are they trying to hide?
I have to look at Frigate Bay Holdings a little more (mentioned in the article), I have seen the name before in my research, I just can’t place it.
We also got a little more information on Packet Forensics [see early background on PF in the Mainnerve lawsuit documents we obtained]. I found it notable during the Sussmann trial there was a reference to the deployment of internet sensors through Packet Forensics and a bit about Joffe assisting the FBI in other Russia-based investigations - that seemed to hint at what I have been reporting. We have had information for a year or so that suggested Joffe had an integral role in attribution for the DNC hack.
I’ll leave it there for now.
